Service Ticket Issue: Condensation leak and perform 2 Geothermal System Maintenances Service Technician Report: Leak most likely coming from condensation of refrigeration lines, insulation was torn off, reinsulated pipes, performed maintenance on systems, no issues found systems cooling on departure.

Tech Service Report: Filters for systems dirty need to be changed, may have caused system to freeze with lack of air flow, system pressures fine, ductwork dirty in some locations may be restricting air flow as well may need a duct cleaning. System operating on departure.
